Human Capital Centre

The Human Capital Centre undertakes research in – and analysis of – human capital and human capital requirements. Its role is to generate and spread knowledge about human capital requirements at the global, national, regional, local, corporate and individual level. It does this be developing and publicising a wide array of research products, including benchmarks and national rankings. The Human Capital Centre is currently working on a human capital certification standard that will be deployable across multiple platforms.

All analyses and publications are based on a unique and advanced human capital accounting methodology, which has been developed by researchers at the Human Capital Centre under the leadership of Dr. Peer Ederer.
